Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict personal hygiene and sanitary standards, we cannot accept returns on any over-the-knee tubs that have already been used.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at deepsoakritual@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
